The third digital Bonn Process Meet-up was held on 28 and 29 March 2023. This year, around 100 actors in youth work from across Europe gathered to discuss current challenges (such as the shortage of skilled workers, mental health issues among young people and professionals, the lack of recognition for the field of youth work), develop ideas on how to meet them, and share experiences from their own concrete projects and practice.
The report of the event is now available for download. It provides insights into initiatives that are taking place around Europe to strengthen and develop youth work and to tackle the challenges the community of practice is currently facing.
