Every three or four years, Germany's Child and Youth Welfare Association (AGJ) organises the German Child and Youth Welfare Congress (DJHT).
DJHT, i. e. Deutscher Kinder- und Jugendhilfetag, brings together experts and other interested individuals from all over Germany and Europe to exchange opinions and experiences and strengthen networks. Together with AGJ, JUGEND für Europa, the German National Agency for Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps, organises a European programme of special events called Europe@DJHT.
And participants are now cordially called for.
Europe@DJHT invites you (if you are a youth worker or trainer, expert, youth project manager or youth policy maker, or a youth researcher) to join discussions on current challenges and topics connected to welfare and well-being of young people and to youth policy across Europe. Besides, it provides an opportunity to network, share good practice examples, and peer-learn.
JUGEND für Europa sets up an exciting three day programme, built around the questions of what challenges youth work has to face and what youth work can offer in these challenging times in Europe. For all events of Europe@DJHT, simultaneous interpretation into and from German and English will be available.
You can find more information about Europe@DJHT in this invitation and this workshop catalogue.
Application deadline is 2 May 2021. Why not apply today?
