Consultancy Services on Youth Work Development and the 4th European Youth Work Convention
The Council of Europe is currently implementing projects, in the framework of its partnership with the European Commission in the field of youth on youth work development, to support the preparation and the implementation of the 4th European Youth Work Convention and the development of related capacity building and research in the field of youth work as a part of the Youth Partnership’s workplan for 2024-25.
The Council of Europe is looking for maximum of 50 Provider(s) (maximum 25 providers per lot, provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated) in order to support the implementation of the projects with a particular expertise on youth work and its development.

The present tendering procedure aims to select Provider(s) to support the implementation of the project and is divided into the following lots:
Each tenderer can apply to one of the lots mentioned above. Bidding for one lot automatically excludes bidding for the other. Providers who will submit offers for both lots will be automatically excluded from this call for tenders.
